Can I change plan at any time?+
Yes. Write to us and we will adjust your plan; the change takes effect immediately.
How is payment made?+
Payment is agreed directly with us when the account is opened, by bank transfer or in cash. Online card payment will come later.
Is VAT included?+
Displayed prices exclude tax. 20% VAT is added, and we send you your receipt.
What happens if I cancel?+
Your account stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and your data remains exportable at any time.
