Fedelio provides a tool to businesses. The terms of a loyalty programme — number of stamps, nature of the reward, period of validity — are set by the business, which alone answers for them to its customers.

We do everything we can to keep the service available, without being able to guarantee absolute continuity: an interruption may come from a third-party provider, a messaging operator or a maintenance operation.
