What is Fedelio?

Fedelio is a digital loyalty platform built for Moroccan businesses. It lets you create stamp cards that live directly in Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or a web link — without your customers needing to download an app.

How does it work in practice?

You create your card from the dashboard and get a QR code. Your customer scans it and saves the card to their wallet. On each visit, your staff scan the card with the Stamper app. Once the stamp count is reached, the reward unlocks automatically.

Most businesses create and publish their first card in under fifteen minutes, using ready-made templates. We open the account with you and set up the first card together.

Do customers have to download an app?

No, and that is the main advantage. Your customers use Apple Wallet, already on their iPhone, or Google Wallet on Android. For those who use neither, a web card reachable by a plain link or QR code is available.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Payment is agreed directly with us when the account is opened, by bank transfer or in cash. Online card payment will come later.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Annual billing comes to ten monthly payments: two months free, about 17% saved. The Growth plan goes from 1,200 to 1,000 MAD/month (12,000 MAD/year).

How do I get an invoice?

We send you your receipt, with 20% VAT and the required legal details. Automatic generation from the app will come with online payment.

Can I cancel at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your account stays active until the end of the period you paid for. No pro-rata refund, but no extra charge either.

How do WhatsApp notifications work?

Fedelio uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business API. Customers who have consented to receive messages get automatic notifications: stamp confirmation, reward earned, inactivity reminder. These messages come from your business account.

Can customers unsubscribe?

Yes. They can reply STOP to any message, or turn notifications off from their card. Every email also carries an unsubscribe link that works in one click.

What if a customer doesn't use WhatsApp?

Notifications then go through Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, as native push. If the customer left an email address, they can receive them that way too. If no channel is available, the card stays reachable through its web link.

Is the number of WhatsApp messages capped?

Only campaigns and reminders are counted, and only on the channels that cost money. Wallet notifications are unlimited on every plan: Apple and Google do not charge for updating a pass. Stamp and reward confirmations are unlimited too, on any channel — that is the heart of the service. What remains is campaigns, per month: Essential 200 emails and WhatsApp not included, Growth 2,000 emails and 500 WhatsApp, Network 10,000 emails and 2,500 WhatsApp. The counters reset on the 1st of each month, and the dashboard shows you where you stand.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Fedelio is a data processor within the meaning of law 09-08. You keep full ownership of your customer data and can export or delete it at any time.

Is Fedelio compliant with Moroccan law?

Yes. Fedelio is built to comply with law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. Every customer sign-up includes explicit consent.

Is data sold to third parties?

Never. We do not sell, share or resell any of your customers' data. Our revenue comes solely from your subscription.

Where is the data hosted?

Data is hosted in centres located in the European Economic Area, with contractual safeguards for any international transfers.

Does Fedelio have an API?

Yes. A REST API is available on the Growth and Network plans. It lets you issue stamps, create customers and trigger messages from your own systems: till, CRM, online shop.

Can I connect Fedelio to my till system?

Yes, through our API or through Zapier, on the same plans. We are also building native integrations with the till systems common in Morocco.

Does the Stamper app work offline?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Stamps issued offline are queued and synchronised as soon as the connection returns. Customers then receive their notifications.
